| Parameter | LM324ADR | LM324ADR | Engineering note |
|---|---|---|---|
| Package and exact order code | TI LM324ADR: SOIC D package, 14 pins, 2500-unit large tape and reel | UMW LM324ADR: SOP-14, 2500-unit tape and reel | Both exact order codes use the standard 14-pin quad-op-amp pinout and a nominal 1.27 mm lead pitch. TI calls the package SOIC while UMW calls it SOP; the PCB land pattern, paste aperture, assembly tolerances and thermal design still require independent release checks. |
| Input offset voltage at 25 C | 3 mV maximum | 7 mV maximum | The target's specified offset window is wider. Precision DC-gain, threshold and low-level signal applications must budget for the extra 4 mV or select a tighter target grade. |
| Temperature range and characterization | 0 C to +70 C for the exact LM324ADR order code | 0 C to +70 C; electrical table tested up to a 30 V VCC maximum | The exact ambient range matches. UMW does not publish an equivalent full-temperature input-offset table in this reviewed datasheet, so full-range accuracy cannot be inferred from the room-temperature limit. |
| ESD and thermal data | TI specifies HBM and CDM ESD ratings and package thermal metrics | An equivalent ESD and thermal-resistance set was not found in the reviewed UMW datasheet | Do not copy TI's ESD, junction-temperature or thermal-resistance limits to the target. Board-level ESD and thermal margin require independent evaluation. |
FAE documentary review accepted for the exact TI LM324ADR and UMW LM324ADR order codes. Both are 14-pin quad operational amplifiers with the standard pinout, 0 C to +70 C exact-code rating, 2500-unit tape and reel, and a 1.27 mm nominal lead pitch. The target's room-temperature input-offset maximum is 7 mV versus TI's 3 mV, and the reviewed target document does not provide an equivalent set of full-temperature offset, ESD or thermal limits. These are documentary comparisons; no bench, temperature-cycle, EMC, reliability or production qualification was performed.
