Adesto Technologies Corporation, Inc.- Electromechanical Relay

Adesto Technologies was founded in 2007 by a group of industry veterans with the goal of creating innovative, low-power memory solutions based on resistive RAM technology, specifically Conductive Bridging RAM (CBRAM). The company is headquartered in Santa Clara, California, USA, and operates as a fabless semiconductor company specializing in non-volatile memory products. Its core CBRAM technology is fully CMOS compatible and can be tuned for a wide range of applications, from embedded memory in SoC designs to stand-alone memory chips. Adesto's product portfolio includes its CBRAM-based memory devices, which offer ultra-low power consumption and high endurance, as well as the DataFlash and Serial Flash product lines acquired from Atmel in 2012. This acquisition strengthened its position in the $5 billion non-volatile EEPROM and NOR Flash markets. The company also licenses its CBRAM technology to major SoC semiconductor companies, enabling scalable embedded memory integration. Adesto released its first commercial CBRAM devices in 2012, targeting power-sensitive applications like IoT endpoints and wearables. It later expanded into industrial IoT connectivity solutions and application-specific standard products. In 2020, Dialog Semiconductor acquired Adesto to enhance its IoT portfolio, and in 2021, Dialog was acquired by Renesas Electronics, making Adesto's technologies part of Renesas' comprehensive edge solutions.
