BLT Circuit Services was formed in 1989 and is one of the largest UK manufacturers of nitrogen cast solders, no-clean fluxes, no-residue fluxes, and PCB chemistries, along with distributing related soldering products. In 1996, due to rapid growth, BLT moved to a much larger manufacturing facility to maintain high stock levels and improve administrative services. Its manufacturing capabilities include dedicated flux blending plants that produce tens of thousands of litres per month and Europe's only nitrogen cast solder production line, marketed under the NITROFLO brand for both leaded and lead-free applications. NITROFLO offers users one of the finest, lowest-drossing solders, helping reduce defects like bridges and scrap. BLT has established distribution agreements with multinational film, chemical, and equipment manufacturers and is always prepared to source non-standard products. The company offers on-site technical support staff, leveraging decades of experience to solve customer problems and enhance production processes. More recently, BLT partnered with Zestron to sell cleaning products throughout England and Wales, combining expertise in soldering consumables with world-renowned cleaning technology to further strengthen customer support.
