Shanghai Chipswinner Microelectronics Co., Ltd.

Shanghai Chipswinner Microelectronics Co., Ltd., commonly known as Chipswinner, is a Chinese fabless semiconductor company founded in 2013 and headquartered in Shanghai, China. The company specializes in the design, development, and sales of microcontrollers (MCUs), mixed-signal chips, and application-specific integrated circuits (ASICs). Chipswinner has developed its proprietary 8-bit MCU core architecture named 'KungFu', which offers high performance and low power consumption. The product portfolio includes the KF8 series of 8-bit MCUs based on the KungFu core, and the KF32 series of 32-bit MCUs based on the ARM Cortex-M core. These microcontrollers are widely used in automotive electronics, industrial control, consumer electronics, smart home appliances, and medical devices. Chipswinner is one of the few domestic Chinese MCU manufacturers with self-developed core technology, reducing reliance on foreign IP. The company places a strong focus on automotive-grade products, with many of its MCUs compliant with AEC-Q100 and ISO 26262 standards. In addition to MCUs, Chipswinner also offers capacitive touch sensor ICs and gesture recognition chips. With its robust product lineup and growing market share, Chipswinner has become an important player in China's semiconductor landscape, challenging international MCU giants such as STMicroelectronics and NXP in certain segments.
