ONEIC enforces a zero-tolerance policy against counterfeits, with a quality assurance system covering supplier qualification, incoming inspection, warehousing and shipping.

ONEIC solemnly promises: every product we sell is brand new, original and genuine. Each batch retains complete procurement records and inspection reports, verifiable through original manufacturer channels — provenance checkable, quality traceable.
Supplier Qualification Audit
Every supplier must pass rigorous qualification review and background checks. We work only with certified manufacturers, authorized distributors and reputable spot-stock channels. Supplier performance is re-evaluated quarterly.
Incoming Quality Inspection
All incoming products undergo basic inspection including appearance check, marking comparison and dimension measurement. High-risk parts and batches receive in-depth testing such as X-Ray, decapsulation (Decap) and electrical verification.
End-to-End Traceability
Every batch retains complete procurement records, inspection reports and logistics documents, ensuring full traceability from supplier to customer. Warehousing strictly follows first-in-first-out (FIFO) principles.
Safe Packaging & Shipping
Anti-static (ESD) packaging with temperature and humidity controlled storage. Moisture-sensitive devices (MSD) are handled per J-STD-033 to keep quality intact during shipping and storage.

Backed by the Chinese manufacturer's official cross-reference or migration document. The evidence link is published on the entry.

Imported from a third-party cross-reference source. Useful for discovery, but not an official manufacturer declaration or independent review.

Where your parts come from, stated plainly
Authorized channels first
We source directly from Chinese first-tier manufacturers and their authorized networks whenever possible. Spot-stock channels are used only when they pass our supplier qualification audit, and their lots go through the full incoming inspection above.
Authorization letters — in progress, not pretended
We are progressively signing formal authorization agreements with Chinese first-tier brands. Where a signed letter exists for a brand on your quote, it is available on request. We do not display certificates we have not signed — ask us, and we will tell you exactly which channel your order ships from.
Lot-level traceability
Every lot retains complete procurement records and inspection reports. Date codes and original factory packaging are confirmed on every quote and every shipment, and are verifiable through original manufacturer channels.
